During the
winters, drivers should take extra caution when driving.
Snow and ice can spell trouble, especially for those drivers
who do not have experience driving in those conditions, or
those who fail to prepare. One of the most important aspects
of winter
car
preparation is tire care. Snow tire chains provide one
option for drivers who find themselves in slick conditions.
The first rule of tire chains is to make sure they can
actually be used on your vehicle. That means dragging out
the old owner's manual. After ensuring that tire chains are
safe for your car,
truck,
of SUV, check with local law enforcement officers to make
sure that chains are legal in your state. When shopping for
snow tire chains, make sure that they fit the tires before
actual use. Tire chains should be pre-fit long before going
out into the snow. Drivers should carefully follow the
directions of installing their tire chains, which should be
applied as tightly as possible by hand. When installing the
chains, tires should be at normal inflation - no deflating
the tires for an easier application process! After putting
the tire chains on all four tires, drive about one-quarter
of a mile, then stop and retighten. When driving with snow
tire chains, drivers should not exceed 30 miles per hour.
For cars, there are many snow tire chain options to choose
from. Cable chains are the most economical choice; they are
lightweight and often have galvanized steel rollers for
increased traction on vehicles with limited fender
clearance. Twist link chains are another economical choice
for vehicles with minimal clearance. Highway chains are
usually all-steel with a twist link design also, but these
chains are designed for vehicles with non-restricted wheel
well clearance, and the heavier chains provide added
durability and traction. Snow Grip chains are an excellent
option for winter weather - they provide superior traction
and a smooth ride, and the square link design allows for
better standing, stopping, and cornering than any other
conventional ladder design. Road King chains offer a square
link design, with a Y pattern chain. This offers drivers a
comfortable, yet aggressive drive, with less vibration and
noise. Finally, V-Bar snow tire chains provide aggressive
traction for snow removal and emergency vehicles, but they
should not be used on vehicles with restricted wheel well
clearance.
Regardless of the brand or style of snow tire chains used,
winter drivers should make sure that the chains are the
proper fit and are correctly installed in order to offer the
most protection for the driver and passengers.

Did
you know that you can convert your car or truck to a
water-burning vehicle (Water Hybrid)?
Water4Gas is a Do-It-Yourself, affordable and SIMPLE
technology. No big science, all simple.
Water is supplemental to gasoline or diesel fuel - I
have doubled fuel economy (61 MPG) in my Toyota
Corolla 1999 shown above, and many more have doubled
or even tripled their mileage. Too good to be true?

You use electricity from the cars
battery to separate the water into gas. The gas
that is produced is called HHO, Brown's Gas or
Hydroxy. HHO is (2 Hydrogen + 1 Oxygen). This gas burns cleanly and it provides
significant energy. HHO provides the power of
hydrogen, while it maintains the stability of
water. Improve your gas mileage now for your
car, truck, van, or SUV.
This diagram shows the basic layout of the
plans. All of the kits come with detailed
instructions that show you how to design a kit
usually for around $100. The parts can be

7 Gas Saving Tips
Here
are some tips that you can use to start saving gas immediately! Raise your cars
MPG and combat high gas prices using these 7 tips!
Use these tips in conjunction with a water-hybrid
and get better gas mileage now.
1) Remove Excess Weight: Save gas by taking all that
useless junk out of your car. 100 pounds can reduce
your cars MPG by 2%.
2) Driving Fast: Speeding lowers your cars gas
mileage by 33% at highway speeds and 5% around town.
Save money on gas by slowing down a little, avoiding
jack-rabbit starts and coast to red lights. Get
better gas mileage now.
3) Gas Cards: You can save on gas prices because
many gas cards offer a 10% to 15% discount. If a
gallon of gas costs you $2.75, then that gas card
could save you as much as 41 cents per gallon!
4) OD: Use your cars overdrive gear whenever you
can. Lowering your rpm s uses less fuel and will
save money on gas.
5) Fast Freeway Driving: The D.O.E. (Department Of
Energy) says that each 5 MPH you drive over 60 costs
you 25 cents per gallon of gas.
6) Don't Idle: Save on gas prices by avoiding idling
whenever possible because idling gets you a whopping
ZERO miles per gallon of gas!
7) Gas Cap: You can save gas by making sure your car
has a gas cap...and one that fits properly too! It
sounds bizarre to me, but the D.O.E. says that 17%
of the cars on the road don t have gas caps. That is
147 MILLION gallons of gas that is wasted each year
through evaporation...and it pollutes too!
The 7 steps to help you combat high gas
prices! Get Better Gas Mileage for your car, truck,
van or SUV.
